1. Vendors must provide a business license and proof of insurance for any B-CU event.
2. The vendor fee on campus is $275.00 per space per day for all groups and vendors.

• Homecoming vending spaces on campus are $1100 for food or retail for 4 days (Thursday- Sunday of Homecoming week only)

• Early Bird Special is $1000 for Homecoming week if the Vending Coordinator receives completed application and fees by October 11, 2019.

• The daily rates for Homecoming week are set at $275 per day. All payments must be received by the Vending Coordinator by 5:00 p.m. on October 18, 2019, otherwise a late fee of $100.00 will be charged in addition to vending fee if space is available. No exceptions will be made for payments delayed by the U.S. Postal Service or the like.

• On the day of the event, vendors must pay before 3:00 p.m. The vendor can pay for the following day, but will not be allowed to set-up until the following day.

  3. Each space fee includes the following:
  a. One space for the registered vendor, unless additional spaces were purchased.
  b. Spaces and sites will be designated by the University staff
  c. One vendor pass, entitling you to vend from 9:00 a.m. -10:00 p.m. on the
  scheduled date(s).
  d. Note: The university will not provide water, electricity and any other utilities. Please plan accordingly.

  4. Failure to pay fees in a timely fashion or late payment of fees will result in restriction of
